To welcome the New Year 2012, PT PELNI organize gift-giving program for the passenger of PELNI's ship. The program is carried out simultaneously in all passenger ships PELNI on New Year's Eve. This gift-giving is a form of appreciation PELNI to its customers.
In giving gifts, PELNI will share LCD TVs, mobile phones, entertainment and gifts to the passengers by means raffled. The prize is given directly by the shipmaster as a representation of management PELNI. All the passengers bertiket chance to get these prizes. However, gifts are not reserved for holders of free tickets, discount tickets and employees.
This program aims to increase customer loyalty as well as the form of ships PELNI New Year's Eve celebration for passengers who are using the services of ships PELNI. Distribution of prizes is in accordance with the Business Director of Instruction No. PT PELNI. DIR.01/HK.5.01/US/XII-2011 subject.
To maximize the activity distribution of prizes, Director of Business PT Pelni, Asep Suparman also instructed the Chief of the Branch in order to socialize the program. From this activity, expected customer loyalty and service on board could be improved.
