Procurement of Goods and Services for Boiler Repairs of Passenger Ships of PT PELNI (Persero)

 

In relation to the Procurement of Goods and Services for Boiler Repairs of Passenger Ships of PT PELNI (Persero), we hereby invite experienced and competent providers to register as tender participants.

Opening & Registration

Day/Date: Wednesday, July 16, 2025 to Tuesday, July 22, 2025
Registration closes on: Tuesday, July 22, 2025 at 17.00 WIB

Participant Requirements :

1. Participants must be capable and competent in performing maintenance and repairs of passenger ship boilers as per the request of the Technical Division.

2. Participants must be able to present a material approval certificate from a classification society that is a member of the International Association of Classification Societies (IACS) for pipe tubing materials.

3. Participants must be able to provide competent and experienced technicians for the inspection and repair of ship boilers.

4. Must have more than 3 (three) years of experience in conducting inspections and repairs of ship boilers.

     • A company declaration letter with a Rp 10,000 duty stamp stating the company's ability to perform the maintenance and repair services for passenger ship boilers as requested by the Technical Division.
     • A certificate of material approval from a classification society that is a member of the International Association of Classification Societies (IACS) for pipe tubing materials.
     • Documentation of relevant work experience in similar procurement projects for boiler repairs of ships, including contract copies (front and last pages) from the past 3 years (2022–2025).
