PELNI Hosts Customer Appreciation Night 2025, Gathering Logistics and Shipping Stakeholders

Jakarta, September 26, 2025 – PT Pelayaran Nasional Indonesia or PT PELNI (Persero) once again held the Customer Appreciation Night 2025, an event organized as a token of gratitude and appreciation to loyal service users who continue to entrust their logistics and shipping needs to PELNI, on Thursday (Sept 25).

The event was attended by PELNI President Director Tri Andayani, PELNI Director of Cargo and Sea Toll Services Kokok Susanto, directors of PELNI’s subsidiaries and affiliates, partner institutions and SOEs, along with hundreds of PELNI’s logistics business partners and cargo service users from various cities across Indonesia. The presence of hundreds of logistics partners highlighted the strength of PELNI’s collaborative network in the national logistics sector.

President Director Tri Andayani emphasized that Customer Appreciation Night is an important moment to strengthen customer relationships and reaffirm the company’s commitment to delivering the best services.

“We are truly grateful to once again host Customer Appreciation Night for the fourth time as part of the 2025 National Customer Day commemoration. The trust and support from hundreds of logistics partners and service users from across the country have been the foundation of PELNI’s success in connecting the archipelago. This event represents our commitment to continuously build close relationships with customers, listen to their needs, and deliver better services over time,” said Tri.

The Customer Appreciation Night was organized as a gesture of appreciation to customers who have chosen PELNI as their partner in distributing commodities nationwide. The event aimed to strengthen customer relationships, enhance loyalty, and boost the company’s brand awareness. It also provided customers the opportunity to share feedback and suggestions for the improvement of PELNI’s future services.

“The continuation of this event reflects our dedication to being not only a shipping and logistics service provider, but also a strategic partner supporting the smooth distribution of commodities across Indonesia. We hope Customer Appreciation Night 2025 will further strengthen synergy with logistics partners and open new opportunities for mutually beneficial collaboration,” Tri added.

PELNI’s Director of Cargo and Sea Toll Services, Kokok Susanto, also conveyed that PELNI has introduced an integrated cargo booking system through the MyCargoo application to enhance partner satisfaction. The system allows logistics players to directly, quickly, and conveniently check cargo space availability on vessels.

“We offer the advantage of fixed and predictable ship departure schedules for both cargo and container shipments, without the need to wait for full loads. This ensures certainty of delivery time for businesses, especially for commodities requiring fast handling and perishable goods,” explained Kokok.
