“Currently, 14% of these potential assets are still open for partnership schemes, particularly for lease purposes such as Food and Beverage (FnB) businesses, coffee shops, office spaces, and minimarkets. However, they may also be utilized for other business activities,” said Dessy.
Dessy added that this year PELNI is targeting the optimization of asset utilization in several strategic regions, namely Medan, Padang, Semarang, Balikpapan, and Ternate, as part of efforts to increase company revenue, while remaining open to collaborations in other regions.
“One example is an asset in Semarang that has already been partnered with two business entities and is currently being utilized for Food and Beverage (FnB) business space,” she added.
PELNI is opening opportunities for the public, especially business players, to collaborate in utilizing these assets.
