PELNI and Temas Shipping Sign Addendum Agreement for Sea Toll Transport in 2025

The partnership addendum between PELNI and Temas Shipping for the 2025 sea toll routes marks a joint commitment to improving national logistics distribution via maritime transport.

PT PELNI (Persero) and PT Temas Shipping have signed an addendum to their cooperation agreement for sea toll cargo transportation. The signing took place at the office of PT Temas Tbk in Jakarta on Thursday (May 8).

The addendum was signed by Kokok Susanto, Director of Freight and Sea Toll Services at PT PELNI (Persero), and Harry Haryanto, President Director of PT Temas Shipping. This partnership pertains to the cargo transport on routes H-4 and S-4 under the 2025 sea toll program.

It is expected that this collaboration will support the smooth distribution of national logistics, particularly through maritime routes. Both parties are committed to continuously strengthening their synergy to support inter-island connectivity across Indonesia.
