As a business unit of Ship Repair and Docking Services, PELNI Surya Shipyard has managed to maintain its competence by having three quality management certifications, including
• ISO 9001:2015 on Quality Management Systems-Requirements
• ISO 14001:2015 on Environmental Management Systems-Requirements with guidance for use (which has an impact on the environment, including the process of handling air pollution, liquid waste, and solid waste)
• ISO 45001:2018 concerning Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems-Requirements with guidance for use (which affects the safety and health of workers).
With this success, PELNI Surya Shipyard is expected to be more competitive in the ship repair and docking service industry.
