PT PELNI (Persero) once again held a Town Hall Meeting as a communication platform between the Board of Directors and all employees on Wednesday (12/2). Carrying the theme “PELNI Going Extra Miles Beyond The Target”, this event served as an important moment to deliver key updates on company developments, financial performance, ongoing projects, and various strategic issues. More than 1,000 employees from the Head Office, Branch Offices, Ships, Subsidiaries, and Business Units participated, either directly at the PELNI Head Office Auditorium or via video conference.
With a unique concept, the event featured elements inspired by Squid Game, highlighted by an opening act in the form of a dance performed by talents dressed as pink guards. The Board of Directors — President Director Tri Andayani, Director of Finance & Risk Management Anik Hidayati, Director of Passenger Transportation Nuraini Dessy W, Director of Cargo & Sea Toll Transportation Kokok Susanto, Director of Fleet & Engineering Robert MP Sinaga, and Director of HR & General Affairs Heri Purnomo — delivered their presentations while wearing green outfits resembling the contestants in the series. Behind this creative concept lies a powerful message about unity, dedication, and commitment to continuously go beyond the targets for the company’s progress.
Through this Town Hall Meeting, PELNI reaffirmed its commitment to grow, innovate, and face industry challenges with greater solidarity. It is hoped that all employees will be increasingly motivated to contribute to achieving the company’s targets, in line with PELNI’s grand vision to deliver the best service to the public.
