Participant Requirements:

1. This tender can be participated by all Shipowners or Brokers who meet the requirements.
2. Participants are Ship Owners or Brokers who have a Statement Letter / Power of Attorney from the owner of the vessel registering.
3. One vessel may only be offered by one bidder. For participants who own more than one vessel, participants can register for each vessel owned and submit bids for each vessel offered.
4. Service providers appointed by PT PELNI (Persero) to carry out consultancy services in this procurement plan or who are affiliated with tender participants are not allowed to become tender participants.
