Participant Requirements:
The provider must be a consulting company in the HRM field experienced in handling workload analysis or maritime/ship workload analysis (attached with a list of work experience).

 

Job Details:

Procurement Scope:

• Identification of existing ship organizational structure;
• Identification of workload for each position on PT PELNI (Persero) ships;
• Visitation and Observation of ship representatives (attached in the RKS tender)
• Workload analysis for each position on PT PELNI (Persero) ships according to ship characteristics.

Output Deliverables:

• Recommendations for the organizational structure of PT PELNI (Persero) ships;
• Standard WLA calculation for each position on PT PELNI (Persero) ships;
• Calculation of the optimal number of employees for each position on PT PELNI (Persero) ships;
• Workload calculation tools for each position on PT PELNI (Persero) ships.
