ANNOUNCEMENT OF PROVIDER SELECTION FOR GOODS/SERVICES

Tender for Procurement of Fuel Oil (BBM) Transportation Services, Subsidized and Non-Subsidized, for PT PELNI's Fleet in Semarang Port and Surrounding Areas

In connection with the tender for procurement of subsidized and/or non-subsidized fuel oil transportation services for PT PELNI's fleet in Semarang Port and surrounding areas, we invite experienced and competent providers to register themselves as tender participants.

Opening and Registration :

• Date: Monday, June 2, 2025, to Thursday, June 5, 2025
• Registration deadline: Thursday, June 5, 2025, at 5:00 PM WIB

Service Pattern :

• Fuel oil transportation services will be provided for PT PELNI's fleet operating in Semarang Port and surrounding areas.

Participant Requirements :

• Participants must be companies with experience and competence in providing fuel oil transportation services, both subsidized and non-subsidized.
• Participants must be appointed as transportation agents by PT Pertamina Patra Niaga in the Semarang area.
• Participants must attach a list of owned/controlled fleet, including : 5 tank trucks with a capacity of 32 KL each.
• Participants must attach a list of owned/controlled fleet, including : 2 barges (SPOB)/tankers with a capacity of 150 KL each and a minimum flow rate of 80 KL/hour.
• Participants must guarantee zero losses during supply.
• Participants must have a blow-up system to push fuel oil in the hoses during filling on SPOB/tankers.
• Participants must be available 24/7.
