(Re-Tender) Procurement of Subsidized and Non-Subsidized Fuel Oil (BBM) Transportation Services for PT PELNI's Fleet for Manokwari Port and Surrounding Areas in 2025

 

In relation to the (Re-Tender) Procurement of Subsidized and Non-Subsidized Fuel Oil (BBM) Transportation Services for PT PELNI's Fleet for Manokwari Port and Surrounding Areas in 2025, we hereby invite qualified and experienced Providers to register as tender participants.

Registration & Submission Schedule

Opening & Registration Period : Wednesday, 24th September 2025 - Monday, 29th September 2025

Closing Date                             : Monday, 29th September 2025, at 17.00 WIB

 

Scope of Services:

• Fuel transport services are provided to support PT PELNI vessel operations at Manokwari Homebase Port and surrounding areas.

Participant Requirements:

• The participant must be a company with proven competence and experience in providing subsidized and/or non-subsidized fuel transport services.
• The participant must be officially appointed as an authorized fuel transport agent (subsidized and/or non-subsidized) by PT Pertamina Patra Niaga in the Manokwari region.
• Must guarantee zero losses during fuel handling and delivery.
• Must be ready and able to supply on a 24/7 basis.
• Must have a blow-up system to push fuel between compartments during filling.

Registration Requirements:

1. Participants must attach a list of tank truck fleet owned/operated (minimum 1 unit) with a total capacity of at least 20 KL and a minimum flow rate of 10 KL/hour.
