Jakarta, 4 April 2020 - As one form of concern in handling COVID-19 in Indonesia, the Presidential Staff Office (KSP) was represented by Eddy Susanto Soepadmo who also served as a member of the Board of Commissioners of PT Pelayaran Nasional Indonesia (Persero) - PT PELNI (Persero), handed over medical device assistance in the form of cellular HEPA filters and cellular x-rays, Saturday (4/4) afternoon at PELNI Hospital, Jakarta.
Aid was handed over symbolically by Eddy Susanto Soepadmo and received by Acting Director of PT PELNI Hospital, R.M. Kartobi. Present at the handover ceremony were the Directors of PT PELNI (Persero) together with the President Commissioner of PT PELNI (Persero), Ali Masykur Musa.
PT PELNI (Persero) 's Chief Corporate Secretary, Yahya Kuncoro said that the device would be used to treat PDP and Positive COVID patients who were being treated at PELNI Hospital. "PELNI Hospital is a subsidiary of PELNI which is currently one of the referral hospitals to handle COVID-19 in Jakarta. Of course, we thank you and hope that this assistance can maximize the services of PELNI Hospital medical personnel in treating infected patients with COVID-19, "explained Yahya.
In addition to the help of moving and moving HEPA x-ray filters, until now PELNI Hospital has received assistance in the form of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Medical Goggles, Rapid Test Equipment, Ventilator Equipment, and Ultrasound. These tools will later be used to improve facilities for patients undergoing treatment at PELNI Hospital

Since March 16, 2020, PELNI Hospital has been designated as one of the COVID-19 referral hospitals in Jakarta and has provided 100 rooms dedicated to treating PDP patients and COVID-19 positive patients.
