PELNI once again marked an achievement by securing the 2nd Best title in the Social Media Category for the ministry or agency, state-owned enterprises (BUMN), and regional-owned enterprises (BUMD) group at the Anugerah Media Humas 2025. This national-level award, organized by the Ministry of Communication and Digital Affairs, was received directly by PELNI’s Corporate Communication Manager, Ditto Pappilanda, in Jakarta on Wednesday (12/11).
The 2nd Best title in the Social Media Category was awarded for PELNI’s creative and informative video content highlighting the crucial role of PELNI’s pioneer vessels in serving 3TP regions (Frontier, Outermost, Remote, and Border Areas).
Assessment for the Social Media Category covered several aspects, including content quality consisting of creativity, clarity, relevance, and public benefit. In addition, the evaluation also considered engagement rate and the meaningfulness of interactions formed, as well as the quality of the admin’s responses, assessed through responsiveness, empathy, and their ability to serve the public.
As an annual award event, the Anugerah Media Humas is held by the Ministry of Communication and Informatics to appreciate public relations institutions across ministries or agencies, SOEs and ROEs, universities, and regional governments. Its purpose is to improve the quality of public relations activities and encourage innovation in better communication governance.
This accomplishment proves PELNI’s commitment to strengthening the company’s communication quality in a more human-centered and responsive manner. It also serves as motivation for PELNI to continue enhancing performance and building more constructive engagement with various stakeholders.
