The award was given at the Technical Coordination Meeting for the Implementation of Public Service Obligations for Livestock Transport in 2022 with the topic "Optimizing the Marine Toll Service for Special Livestock Transport to Support National Meat Self-Sufficiency During the Mouth and Toe Disease (FMD) Outbreak" in Surabaya, 25 to 26 August 2022.
