President Director of PT PELNI (Persero) Tri Andayani has earned the SDG 9: Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure award at the Women in Sustainable Development (SDGs) Action Award 2025.
This recognition was granted at the prestigious event organized by Bisnis Indonesia in Jakarta on Tuesday (11/11). The achievement highlights Tri Andayani’s visionary leadership in advancing innovation and developing national maritime transportation infrastructure, particularly through the operation of pioneer vessels and the sea toll program, which significantly enhance connectivity and support economic growth in 3TP regions (Frontier, Outermost, Remote, and Border Areas).
The award was received on behalf of PELNI President Director Tri Andayani by PELNI’s Vice President of Treasury and TJSL, Fauziah Ferryna, during the Women in SDGs Action Award 2025 ceremony. This further affirms Tri Andayani’s position as one of Indonesia’s inspiring women leaders who successfully integrates innovation, sustainability, and public service in managing a strategic state-owned enterprise in the maritime transport sector.
The Women in SDGs Action Award 2025 is part of the 40th anniversary celebration of the Bisnis Indonesia Group and was held for the first time. The award recognizes women who contribute across the 17 SDG sectors, ranging from creative economy, environment, education, and health to technology.
This achievement also reinforces PELNI’s commitment under the leadership of Tri Andayani to continuously develop inclusive and sustainable maritime transportation infrastructure, support government programs in realizing an advanced Indonesia, and deliver the best service to the Indonesian people, especially in the 3TP regions, which are the lifeline of the nation’s connectivity.
