At the event, attended by 85 state-owned enterprises (SOEs) and their subsidiaries, PELNI won two awards: a Gold award in the Economic Pillar Category and a Silver award in the Environmental Pillar Category within the SOE & Tbk group. The awards were initiated by BUMN Track and BTA Academy as a token of appreciation for companies implementing TJSL programs strategically, impactfully, and sustainably.
The theme of the event was "SOE TJSL Transformation for Sustainable Social, Environmental, and Economic Resilience," emphasizing the strategic role of SOEs in creating sustainable added value through integrated TJSL programs. The judging process consisted of three stages: data verification using assessment tools, company presentations to a panel of judges, and a final assessment during a plenary meeting of the assessment team. The judging panel involved 27 judges, consisting of CSR experts and practitioners, academics, professionals, and members of the media. The Chairman of the Jury was Ir. Thendri Supriatno, MBA, and the Honorary Chairman of the Jury was Dr. Edy Soeparno, SH, MH, Deputy Speaker of the People's Consultative Assembly (MPR RI).
The two awards were received by Vice President of Treasury and Corporate Social Responsibility (TJSL), Fauziah Ferryna, accompanied by Corporate Social Responsibility (TJSL) Manager Septiani Khadijah Thalib. This participation and achievement reflect PELNI's commitment to implementing CSR programs that directly impact society and the environment. The lengthy process demonstrated the commitment and hard work of the entire team in integrating sustainability values into every step of the company's journey.
This achievement strengthens PELNI's position as an active, responsible, and consistent state-owned enterprise (SOE) in driving social, economic, and environmental transformation.
